[Bug]: sync between server & package explorer

Describe the bug

Although the stay connected marked in package explorer, changing the value in the server has no effect on package explorer. The otherway however works. For example if I change a value in package explorer and save the aasx. The server will update the value.

To reproduce

Download latest version of server & package exploerer. Connect package to the server. Update the variable on the server.

The sync should happen on either side.
