The Combat Carousel bar setting will be ignored if the token has a different bar1 resource set.
Combat.create and combatant.create hooks don't seem to correctly trigger the animation. Most likely due to a debounced render where all the updates are calling `ui.combatCarousel.render()`

If a hover workflow starts and the mouse is moved to quickly, it's possible to click Remove Combatant instead of Roll Initiative reported by @Rawrly85
