Could not reproduce example

Hi Developers!!

I am trying to use SWGA and I download it via conda. I was testing the tool but it seems to take forever to run swga find_sets. Please help!!

Dear Rohit and Milind-Mutnale There is a new version of swga that includes many updates. It can be found here https://github.com/songlab-cal/soapswga This does not affect the installation issues - we are working on getting it into a conda package but are not there yet. During the install, pay special attention to the version of python you are using. Installing jellyfish has been the biggest issue for most users. kind regards Dustin
