An iOS jailbreak tweak to write custom filters to block notifications
This way I don't have to manually set up the same filters for both of my phones. I can just sync them up occasionally.

Shortcuts notifications like these can't be blocked I think.  - Can't block them by app - Can't block them by empty title (I tried regex `^$`)
