Add icon and linux metainfo

Here is my proposal where to keep the files required for the flatpak and possibly also for other linux packages:

• application icon: edisyn/gui/
• .desktop file: edisyn/package/linux/
• .metainfo.xml (the appstream metadata document): edisyn/package/linux

What do you think?
