Include app icon and Linux specific resources

I already contacted you concerning the Edisyn flatpak I am currently working on. It turned out that flathub puts some rather strict requirements on new submissions. Most of them are about security and seem to make sense. (e.g restricting device and file system access) But they also want to have resources like the app icon and the .desktop file hosted in the upstream repository. Would you accept including those here? If no I think I going to give up on this flatpak idea:-)

There's no problem including an app icon and a .desktop file in the distro -- we could stick it somewhere reasonabl: but we'd need an app icon! Could also be used for Edisyn.app on the Mac. But I'm not the one to design one!

Oh, I already created one. Maybe not a masterpiece - more a proposal.
