v1.1 : Reverse polarity of C1

The output of C1 is notionally at 2.5v, and the input is at 0v, therefore polarity of C1 needs to be switched to have the positive terminal connected to the op-amp

Also recommend a tantalum bead type capacitor here which will slightly improve audio quality.
