Re-voicing of video with translation

Please tell me, can I use echogarden to re-sound a video with translation into another language and how?

Is there a ready-made sequence of commands?

I'm not exactly sure what you are describing:

• If you are asking about speech-to-speech translation (a form of speech synthesis or "speech resynthesis"), that is not something it can do right now.
• If you are asking about taking an already recorded "dub" audio and synchronizing it with the speech of the original audio track, there is a different issue where it has been asked, called using alignment for voiceover processing
• You may be asking about something different though. Not sure.
