pip无法使用

系统：Centos7.9 GCC版本：4.8.5 make之后，make install报错pip无法安装

原因好像是修改了pyc文件生产导致的，临时解决方案就是从别的机器复制安装好的pip依赖目录，我试了可以正常使用。
