Adding ingenico customization from different contributor.

Hello,

We use your module at ingenico and thanks for that, we save lot of time :)

In other hand we did some customization and we wan't to contribute to the module.

Changes are done by lot of collegues (to avoid dummy commit message, only one will resume)

• Allow tagging with internal, redis and http tagdb
• Add mpm config in apache
• Add cron doing whisper cleanup base on retention delay
• Add cluster pool_max_workers

Let me know what you think about and how can I do it better :)
