[FEATURE] Timeline Editing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to be able to edit timeline events (time and text)/

Describe the solution you'd like As an admin user, from the web gui I would like to be able to modify the timestamp and message of a timeline event. Timeline events from slack do not capture enough fidelity. Timeline events may also be submitted incorrectly by a user and it would be nice to be able to modify it to match the correct time.

This is partly done. You can add, edit, and remove timeline events from the UI. Editing them does not allow editing the timestamp, only the text field. This is coming shortly.
