Download icon doesn't update properly

[alchemical-Apocalypse]

when downloading files, my download icon seems to get stuck with a blank progress bar that says 0s above it, and it stays like this until the download is actually done; and then it just goes back to the default gray "no downloads" arrow, instead of the green "download finished" arrow
