Mute & Unmute Button is Unresponsive Until Leaving and Returning to Profile Page

Expected Behavior

Tapping Mute or Unmute on an Author's Profile Page causes the action to apply immediately and switch the button to the opposite action.

Actual Behavior

Tapping Mute or Unmute on an Author's Profile Page often does nothing. Leaving the profile page and returning sometimes shows the action as having applied.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch eSteem 1.5.1 on Android 8.1.0
2. Open someone else's Post
3. Tap on the author's profile name
4. Tap on Mute on their Profile Page
5. Tap Left Arrow in upper left to return to Post
6. Tap author name to return to profile
7. Tap Unmute
