Exchange History Chart Does Not Load on First Attempt

Expected Behavior

History view in the Exchange screen loads the first time it is selected.

Actual Behavior

History view in the Exchange screen does not load the first time it is selected. The chart only has a title and no data.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch eSteem 1.5.1 on Android 8.1.0
2. Tap the 3 Horizontal Lines in the Upper Left
3. Tap Exchange
4. Tap History
