Tapping Server in Settings Activates Keyboard with No View of Field Being Edited

Expected Behavior

Tapping the Server name in the Settings menu opens a list of servers to choose from or allows the user to type the name of their server with the field being editable visible on screen.

Actual Behavior

Tapping the Server name in the Settings menu activates the keyboard and allows the user to begin typing without them being able to see the field being edited due to being blocked by server selection list.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch eSteem 1.5.1 on Android 8.1.0
2. Tap the 3 Horizontal Lines in the Upper Left
3. Tap the Server URL
4. Begin typing on the keyboard
5. Click Cancel
6. Note the Server name has been modified but user was unable to see where they were typing
