Previous Searched Tag Persists in Field but List Doesn't Update to Match

Expected Behavior

When searching for a Tag, returning to the previous screen, and then Searching again, the original Tag remains in the field and the selection list populates based on that entry.

Actual Behavior

When searching for a Tag, returning to the previous screen, and then Searching again, the original Tag remains in the field but the selection list does not populate based on that entry.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch eSteem 1.5.1 on Android 8.1.0
2. Tap Search icon in upper right
3. Type a Tag name
4. Tap Close in upper right
5. Tap Search icon in upper right
