Suggestion: Enable Auto refresh

App should check if there is new update in every page (feed, trending, wallet… ) and update it automatically.

we have a lot background workers so far. adding this one can make app slower. instead of refreshing in bg we can clear cache after n second so app forces that pages reload. what do you think @feruzm ?
