Text mode

Let's implement Text mode,

  • It wouldn't load images and videos automatically but allow user to load them manually one by one if user prefers.
  • It wouldn't show avatar images or show random placeholder
  • It would save a lot of data bandwidth for those who have limited internet speed/data

What do you guys think? @esteemapp/core

Great idea! Let's implement it! Mockup: https://zpl.io/am98NRA We can get rid of avatars in that mode and inside the post we can show simple grey boxes with bandwidth saving icon instead of images/video. By clicking on that box user can manually load it.

Mobile list view should also be called Text View or Text Mode and should work exact same way. https://zpl.io/b63AOKR @ue check this thread for Text Mode view...
