Camera access not going away after done use camera for QR scanning.

UPDATE: needs checking, however this issue may not still be valid as we have migration to different package for reading qr codes, just need to make sure if it's resource releasing is setup correctly and that it support re-scan in same qr session and back to back qr sessions.
