BASIC in exchangelib

That notice only applies to Microsoft-hosted Exchange services. There are still lots of on-prem Exchange servers running that offer, or can be configured to offer, BASIC auth.

Type stubs

As long as exchangelib doesn't have type annotations, I don't see any value in adding stubs either. See discussion in https://github.com/ecederstrand/exchangelib/pull/1358

Publish vaex 4.18.1 on pypi.org

Thanks! I installed `vaex-core==4.18.1` in my venv but reverted again because the `vaex` from pypi.org has a dependency on `vaex-core~=4.17.1`. But maybe they are safe to use together anyway?
