Make random travel more random

Is it possible to get a true random coordinate travel option? Repeatedly using random you start to cycle in the same locations. Can the random be more random at times, I find myself landing at the same location looking in the same direction.

It's random starting from the TARDIS's current location, so if you always hit the random button from the same location (like home), you're going to get similar results...

True random would ignore the distance multipliers...
