Make the desktop sizes a system upgrade, you could also do this with the rooms on how they can unlock

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leave things alone as we already have the blueprint system

I think perms and the upgrade cost is enough for the desktop themes. Besides there's not enough room in a 54 slot inventory for more upgrades...
