Describe the feature request
Title.
If Terra and TARDIS are both installed, make TARDIS generate its own "Config Pack" (Terra's way of customizing worldgen) that makes Gallifrey, and other planets have much better generation/biomes.
(Terra does generate mushrooms in certain biomes, and some of them use the same blockstats as the ones that TARDIS uses for its custom blocks. You may want to look into switching the state that TARDIS's mushrooms use, so Terra doesn't have a bunch of Seed Blocks generating everywhere.)

What features/generation would you want to see in the Skaro, Gallifrey and Siluria worlds that aren't there currently? Define "better"...
Picture Siluria, but with this terrain. This is Terra's Overgrown Cliffs biome.
Basically, allow Terra to override TARDIS's dimensions/planets and add its custom terrain to them.
