Materiallist improve performance for loading all items

When opening the Material list on the /camps/${id}/${name}/material/all route there is one network request per MaterialNode: Load them (red marked / MaterialNode) in one Network request (or as few as possible)

For us, this has caused major headaches because the "Gesamtübersicht" (/all endpoint) is the default when clicking on the material tab and the slow loading prevents users from quickly clicking on the list they are actually interested in (usually not the all page). The workaround I gave them is to open the list they are interested in a new tab (via right-click) and close the original tab. Is there a better way?
