A strategy game based around the actions of RAF Bomber Command in the Second World War.
FWIW, running `2to3 --write .` and then applying the following patch was enough for me to build harris using python3. It built, runs does stuff but I haven't thoroughly tested...

Saw this when minelaying off Heligoland: an aircraft laid its mines and also hit a ship. That's _supposed_ to happen sometimes; but the stats counted it as two "hit target"...
