Switzerland: Vaud cumulative totals

Cumulative totals for the Swiss Canton of Vaud were flat for several weeks at 4844 cases, and suddenly jumped on 2020.05.19, creating an artificial spike. Could the new cases be backdated appropriately? Many thanks!
