fix: allow gibbing after `intermissionQueued` CVAR
The argument for this: it's dissatisfying that you can't gib the corpse after finishing someone with the gauntlet. It's especially dissatisfying that the last frag, if it's a shotgun frag is destined to never gib. The round could end with a bang, but it ends with a whimper.
I have confirmed that this works. Now the bodies do get gibbed, but otherwise everything works the same, e.g. notice how I don't get self damage from the BFG.
