Geographical coverage for rights

ec:rightsTerritoryExcludes and ec:rightsTerritoryIncludes are properties on the rights class for describing the spatial extend of the coverage of the right. The properties are in the current version Datatype properties, but should rather be an instance of dcterms:Location or perhaps dcterms:Jurisdiction.

We have a related ec:Location, but the definition here is obvious a subclass of dcterms:Location adding special features.
