Subtitling and Captioning need to specify the language

The classes Subtitling and Captioning should have a property hasLanguage of type Language to specify the Language used in subtitles. Probably most of the subclasses of MediaResource and of Document should have that property, too. I would propose to add the property to the latter two. Comments?

Hi Juergen, I was looking for this :-). So yes, I think it should be provided.

I suppose we can use http://www.ebu.ch/metadata/ontologies/ebucoreplus#hasLanguage
