PublicationEvent should have property hasPublicationPlatform

When describing a planned PublicationEvent the knowledge is often incomplete: we might know which platform to publish on, but not yet which channel to use. Therefore the class PublicationEvent should have a property hasPublicationPlatform and not only hasPublicationChannel.
