Create rundown category and add Ontime

Hi,

I hope this suggestion is welcome here, please let me know otherwise

I am the creator of Ontime, a free and open-source tool for rundown management. I was looking into this list with the intent of suggesting the addition of Ontime, however I realise that no similar tools are listed here.

I believe it would be valuable to add a new category for Rundown or Rundown automation.

Not attached to that request, I would also like to add Ontime into the category

If this is welcome, I am happy to make a PR

I was acually creating a PR for adding Ontime to the "Clocks and Studio Screens" section when I stumbled across your comment. You have my sword! I'm for "Rundown automation" And to have a two-item list I'd include SuperFly's SuperConductor (https://github.com/SuperFlyTV/SuperConductor).
