Unify GUI Tools/Actions, set them as plugins and limit code duplication

GUI Tools should be moved to the plugins directory, and effort could be made to reduce the code duplication between them (or at least make them look the same).

Some kind of unification of how the actions are applied on the dataframe (when clicking on "Add") would limit code duplication.
