[FEATURE REQUEST] - Allow setting steamcmd as alternative to Steam executable

What problem does the feature request solve? Many people have servers running via steamcmd on separate machines. Steam doesn't allow an account to login across two separate devices and so people may not be able to play their game and host dedicated at the same time.
