3.2.9 has no app.js file after extracting the APP.ASAR file

I mean we don't directly support translations via editing app.js. It's bundled so that file isn't guaranteed anyway.

Is probably a good one to base translations off, and would make things more permanent.
The current expectation is that French would be the first set of real translations, but there's nothing stopping parallel work.

You can continue translating. It's on hold for now but as long as the text is the same in English at the end then it's all good. You'd just need to implement it across the remaining text elements too.
