[BUG] - simular issue to #1168

Describe the bug you run shimloader download and is deletes ue4ss.dll when installing the mod though the r2modman app image on ubuntu

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the mod installation page for palworld
2. Click on shimloader download and the ue4ss.dll file auto deletes
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior it should not delete ue4ss.dll

Im on the latest version of ununtu

This is usually caused by your antivirus quarantining the file. Shimloader does trigger false positive and so it's worthwhile to see if that's happening.

I was running stock Ubuntu at the time
