[BUG] - r2modman stuck on "Proccessing the mod list from cache"

Describe the bug Mod manager freezes on "Processing the mod list from cache"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any game on r2modman

Expected behavior A list of mods

Having same / similar issue

When running through terminal, this is output: I'm using the latest version 3.1.55, don't know why it thinks it needs to update.

Checking for update
Update for version 3.1.55 is not available (latest version: 3.1.55, downgrade is disallowed).
checkForUpdatesAndNotify called, downloadPromise is null

This is caused by selecting the "Other" option when on a Linux system.

The isProtonGame function is missing when using the "Other" launch logic.

This is fixed as part of #1849 and #1850 which will be released soon, and will be for version 3.2.2.
