[BUG] - Failed to parse yaml file of profile

Describe the bug All of a sudden when I open my 'fun times' profile, The mods don't appear in the list even though they still appear in the data folder. Something happened to the "yaml file"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I open r2modman
2. I click on my "Fun Times" profile
3. I see the message and the error occurs

Expected behavior I expected the profile to load as normal as it always has

This is something that can happen occasionally and is a result of a corrupted profile. This can happen if the manager is mid-saving and the application is exited / has crashed.

There is currently no way to recover a broken profile.
