[BUG] - Unable to connect to remote network

Describe the bug When I go to download a mod it stays at 0% and after about 5 seconds it gives me the error message "System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I sadly have absolutely NO idea how to recreate it..

Expected behavior I had expected the first time that it would simply download the mod, but it continued to give me the error.

Additional context This has been happening for about a day, and also fails upon doing it on a import/update profile
