[BUG] - Search field is unresponsive

Describe the bug When using the search field in Installed, typing results in delayed text display. The text that is typed does not show in the field until after some time has passed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Installed
2. Select the search field
3. Start typing
4. See error

Expected behavior The search field should show the text being inputted instantly, even if the contents of the page are not instantly shown.

Additional context Running on Windows 10 When recording with Game Bar, the search bar stops responding until the recording is stopped.
