Add a section to README.md on how to properly verify a checksum

Describe the bug It would seem that the hash is encoded in base64 format, but trying to decode it returns an error as it is not a valid b64 string

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download latest release and its checksum
2. Try to verify the integrity
