[BUG] - Offline Useage
Describe the bug When i play GTFO offline (using a mod for that) everytime i must wait a moment before the modman let's me in because it's trying to connect to the internet. I have looked in the settings but found no option to disable online connectivity, i strongly dislike this and want to request if this can be patched in a future update?

Seems like a valid request.
I'd say this is unlikely to be addressed in the near future as it'd require settings to be accessible before a game is selected (this is currently not the case, all settings are bound to a game context).
The other approach would be to make the manager smarter about knowing when it's offline in general and skip the check entirely when it makes sense, but that's a broader topic I don't know enough about at this point to say if or when that'd happen.
