Need a better way to import filer.js for Vue.js

PRs welcome for that. This library is pretty old school so it could use a lot of help modernizing to modules and today's best practice for libraries. However, the file system api hasn't moved forward in other browsers so it's not something I'm actively maintaining anymore.
