nightingale-track-canvas: implement missing shapes

Implement missing shapes in nightingale-track-canvas, those being "rightEndedTag", "leftEndedTag", and "doubleEndedTag".

I have also added these shapes in the "All shapes" storybook demo. Here's how they look (SVG above, Canvas below):
