Image croping more than once not working

When i add an image, i can crop it before to save the record.

Afterword, when i try to edit the record and crop the image again, i can crop the image but the update button in the modal windows is not closing the modal windows.

I exit the modal windows by clicking outside, and the image is not cropped!

Any idea?

Is cropping allowed only after adding an image?
