GOG Extention - Quake Enhanced not showing in game list

I having a hard time trying to get Quake Enhanced in my library list. I tried hitting the refresh list button, logged out and logged back in, and reinstalled the plugin, but I'm stumped. 20241202_211209 gog-list-1

Software Versions: Decky Loader: 3.0.4 Junk Store: 1.1.8 GOG Extention: 0.1.6 SteamOS: 3.7 OS build: 20241126.1000 Kernel: 6.8.12

I'm also affected by this though different game in my case. I wonder what "third party issue" means in this case.
