.combine_tables overhaul

Currently, we have utils_combine_tables.R, but it's very basic.

Having a robust .combine_tables(param_table, effectsize_table, performance_table) that follows APA-style tables for regression & best practices would be 👌

• [ ] question: whether to pull effectsizes from effectsize or from parameters?
• [ ] Some methods and/or arguments to then hide/display some of the parts would be very convenient.
• [ ] Methods for pretty printing in markdown/latex would be required too
• [ ] In the console, we should re-add some coloring of the values, for instance red/green for negative/positive (the direction of the coefficient). That really gave some cool flair to the tables when we had that in early versions
