hdi methods for density, other classes

HDInterval has hdi methods for density, function, and some other classes not currently supported by bayestestR. It might be nice to port these methods for feature parity (and e.g., to possibly be able to swap in bayestestR as a dependency in ggdist in lieu of HDInterval)
