EasyMotion for navigating tab bar?

I love easymotion. I want to use it everywhere :) and I sometimes gt and gT a lot, which is too bad..

Is there an option to navigate to another tab the easymotion style? A quick /\<tab\><cr> on easymotion help file yields no results.. Or should I file a formal feature request?

Sounds like a great idea, as it would enable "jump to tab" immediate navigation by characters on which you are looking at the tab name instead of numbers which have no semantic relation to the tab itself.

I'm interested in this feature even more as I use CtrlSpace where I do set unique names for tabs (as little workspaces)
