update vim.vital to aid distro level packaging of easymotion

Hi,

the current version of vital used by easymotion doesn't work very well with distro level packaging as the old way vital.vim files were distributed into a shared directoy resulted in conflicts with other plugins using the same vital version.

This was solved by https://github.com/vim-jp/vital.vim/pull/558

An upgrade and migration of the vital used by easymotion would be great.
