Zooming in too much changes image position

When i zoom in really deep with the mouse, any futher zooming will start to move the image close to the top left corner. I was not able to find a setting that could stop this from happening

I attached a video showing this strange behaviour, all im doing is zooming in and zooming out

I have this bug as well, but to me it seems like it only jumps to the left some amount, not fully to the top left corner.
